1. Which business types/markets can be managed using Kydemy?
Kydemy has been specifically designed for dance academies and music schools, but it can be used by any business or professional who needs to manage students/clients with classes, workshops or events. We currently have clients from different backgrounds and markets, including language schools, art schools, and more. Don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll find out if Kydemy is suitable for you.
2. How is the number of active students and relatives calculated to select the correct plan?
At Kydemy, we count your active students and family members to determine the plan you need; this means you can keep your full history of former students and relatives at no additional cost. For us, active students and family members are those who meet one or more of the following conditions: they are enrolled in classes, have registered payments, or access the Kydemy platform.
3. What kind of support do we offer?
At Kydemy, we offer several forms of support:
- We hold online setup meetings with your team.
- Each client’s platform includes a help centre and an internal chat that connects directly with us. You can write to us 24 hours a day, and we’ll respond as soon as possible during our working hours.
- WhatsApp messaging
- Help videos on our YouTube channel
4. I no longer need or want to use Kydemy, what now? What happens with my data?
Before making a decision of this kind, let us help you understand your needs so we can adapt our products accordingly.
On the other hand, if you’ve already made your decision and are within the guarantee period, you must inform Kydemy’s Support Team of your decision within the first 60 days so we can refund your payment.
Additionally, you can export all your data at any time from the Settings panel.
5. Is there a minimum permanence period for my subscription?
No, you only pay for what you use. You simply need to notify Kydemy of your intention not to renew your subscription at least 7 days before the next invoice is issued. This notification must be sent by email to: contact@kydemy.com.
That said, you can pay monthly and save your credit card for automatic charges, or pay annually — it’s entirely up to you! Plus, during the first 2 months, you have a money-back guarantee.
6. Are my data and business secure with Kydemy?
Of course! Kydemy uses cutting-edge technology to keep your data safe. Your data is stored in separate databases, ensuring it is never mixed with that of other clients. Our applications operate using secure connections to keep your information protected at all times. Naturally, we also back up your data regularly.
7. Is it safe for my students and me to make payments for fees and classes through the Kydemy platform?
Although Kydemy is a very secure environment, for processing student payments we use Stripe, a leading provider of online payment processing. Stripe is used by thousands of businesses worldwide and is considered the best solution for online payments. Therefore, yes — it is completely safe to carry out financial transactions on Kydemy.
8. Is there a way to import data into Kydemy?
Kydemy includes a bulk data importer to add your students to the platform using an XLSX spreadsheet file. This option helps you get started more quickly with Kydemy. In any case, our support team will always be happy to assist you in using this feature.

10. We are currently using a different tool, will it be difficult migrate to Kydemy?
If the tool you currently use can export your student data in XLSX or CSV format, migrating to Kydemy will be very easy. In any case, when you start using Kydemy, you’ll have two weeks of personalised support, including our help with migration and setup from other systems.
